We just wanted to do something fun this Christmas, get people cooking with pork and try new recipes that maybe they wouldn't try during the holidays.
Everyone is eligible to participate.
You get one entry per person or email address and to enter you can visit ManitobaPork.Com and under the recipes tab you will find an entry form.
Just fill it out there.
We have dozens of recipes on our Pork Council web site.
There's different sections ranging from barbecue recipes to slow cooker and then there's our holiday recipes page.
On the holiday page we have 10 recipes and they range from a pork loin stuffed with dried fruit, rice and almonds to sweet and sour pork cocktail meatballs perfect for appetizers for your Christmas dinner to dinner.
We can teach you to make your own crown roast if you're not too intimated by it.
It's so easy to prepare and there's even some instructional videos.

Kunzelman notes the 12 Days of Christmas Holiday Giveaway has been running for just over one week and has already received hundreds of entries.
She notes the first four winners will be selected tomorrow but entries are being accepted until close of business Monday, December 16 when the final four winners will be drawn.
